What to send us
Tell us which of our ChatGPT photo editing prompts helped you most, or which one needs work. The more detail you give, the faster we can help. Here is what is useful for each kind of message.
- Looking for a prompt seen ChatGPT creators post? Describe the look, the platform and roughly when you saw it. We may be able to add a matching prompt. A screenshot description, the colours, the mood and any visible text all help us rebuild it.
- Suggesting a prompt? Include the full text, what the edit does and which photo type it suits. We are always looking for ChatGPT photo editing prompts text templates and ChatGPT photo editing prompts trending Instagram users ask about.
- Asking for a couple prompt ChatGPT scene? Say whether it is a portrait, a wedding style, a casual street photo or something else, and what mood you want.
- Reporting a bug? Tell us the page address, your browser and version, your device (phone, tablet or computer), the steps you took and what you expected to happen. A copy of any error message is a big help.
- Press or partnership enquiry? Say who you are, what you have in mind and any dates that matter. We are an independent site, so we answer these personally.
- Reporting a correction? Quote the sentence or prompt that is wrong, tell us what you think is right and, if you can, point to where you checked.
- Making a privacy request? Say what you want (a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion) and use the same email address you wrote to us from, so we can find your message. See the privacy policy for how this works.
- Suggesting a web story? Give us the topic, the prompt or style it should show and why readers would like it. Our web stories are short and visual, so one clear idea works best.
How replies work
One person reads the inbox, so replies are not instant. We usually reply within a few days. Some messages take longer, for example when we need to test a prompt or check a bug on another device. We cannot promise a reply to every message, and we cannot promise that a suggestion will be published, but we do read everything.
If you have not heard back after about a week, send a short follow-up with the subject line of your first message. Please do not send the same message through the form and by email at the same time, because it only slows us down.
What we cannot help with
- Editing your photos for you. promptbeen publishes prompts. We do not receive, edit or return personal photos.
- ChatGPT account, billing or usage limit problems. We are not part of OpenAI and cannot see or change your account. Please contact OpenAI for those.
- Requests for copyrighted or protected characters, or a real person's likeness. We do not publish prompts built to copy a living artist, a protected character or a real person without their consent.
- Guaranteed results. Output changes with your photo, plan, region and the ChatGPT version, so we cannot promise that a prompt will match an example you saw.
Prompt submission guidelines
We welcome ChatGPT photo editing prompts that are original, specific and respectful of faces. Prompts that copy a living artist, a protected character or a real person's likeness without consent will not be published. A strong ChatGPT prompt for photo editing submission includes a title, a category such as couple prompt ChatGPT scenes or text overlays, and the prompt itself.
By sending a prompt you confirm it is your own work and give promptbeen permission to publish and adapt it. We may edit it for clarity, length or safety. The terms and conditions explain this in full.
A good submission
Title: Warm golden hour portrait. Category: Portrait. Prompt: Edit my uploaded photo so it looks like it was taken one hour before sunset. Add soft warm light from the left, keep my face, skin tone and hair exactly as they are, gently blur the background and do not add or remove any objects. Suits: outdoor head and shoulders photos.
This works because it has a clear title, says what to change and what to keep, and names the photo type it suits.
A weak submission
Make my photo look amazing like the viral one.
This is hard to use because it has no style, no detail about the photo and no clue which viral photo you mean. Nobody can rebuild it, and neither can ChatGPT.

A few tips for better prompt requests
Most of the messages we can act on quickly have three things in common. They name the style, they say what should stay the same in the photo, and they mention where the idea came from, such as a ChatGPT photo editing prompts text template you tried or a post you saw. If a prompt did not work for you, tell us what you got instead, because that helps us decide whether the prompt, the wording or the ChatGPT version was the problem.
We also like to hear what you used a prompt for. Knowing that people use a prompt for profile photos, birthday cards or small shop listings helps us write better examples. Please keep names and private details of other people out of your message.
Privacy note
Your name, email address and message are sent through a third-party form service (Formspree) to the promptbeen inbox. We use them only to reply, to review prompt suggestions or to fix problems.
